A joint Cirby Ranch NA & Cirby Side NA meeting was held on July 1st at Skatetown. The minutes of this meeting are below. The attendees agreed that having quarterly joint meetings will be valuable for sharing event planning and neighborhood updates. We will incorporate quarterly meetings in the CRNA meeting calendar.
The CRNA has purchased American Flags to be placed on all Cirby Ranch yards in celebration of America's 250th July 4th Celebration Anniversary. Thank you to Adam and Jenn Barsanti for coordinating this event! Pictures below...
Keep an eye out for Cirby Ranch Neighborhood Association (CRNA) board members in the parade representing Roseville Coalition Neighborhood Association (RCONA). Our lead car is a red Triumph TR3A driven by Justin's freind Rick.
On April 23rd the Roseville Parks & Recreation held a public meeting to get feedback regarding park improvement and the installation of a playground in the Sunrise Greenway. Neighbors joined and provided feedback with unanimous agreement to update the existing sprinkler system and install the children's playground and landscaping. The Phase 1 bike trail extension with a new access point on Oak Ridge Drive is nearing completion. I have heard there is a grand opening celebration on May 9th. The Dry Creek extension will connect with the Miners Ravine trail and Old Town Roseville. See Announcement Below.

This year Cirby Ranch and Cirby Side neighborhoods will be having joint in-person meetings to plan combined neighborhood events. Stay tuned for details!

1. Call to Order
The meeting was opened by Bonnie Shadle (CS).
Approval of Minutes: The minutes for June 2026 CRNA meeting were reviewed and accepted in the CRNA breakout session.
2026 Meeting Schedule: It was noted that CRNA meetings held on the second Wednesday of each month will be modified to incorporate quarterly joint meetings with Cirby Side. CRNA only monthly meetings will be held on the remaining months as scheduled.
2. Financial Report
Presented by Michael Taylor (CR) in the CRNA breakout
The current financial standing of the CRNA was presented and reviewed. Detailed figures from the June update were referenced.

3. Joint CRNA & CSNA Updates & Events - Bonnie & Michael/Justin
RCONA Updates
American River Bike Patrol was unable to attend, but Michael provided a summary of the organizations mission and encouraged interested applicants. For more see the flyer below.
Roseville Police Department representative was unable to attend.
Placer County Election Services: We are looking for interested volunteers to assist at the Roseville Voting Locations in late October and November 2026. Placer county reimburses Cirby Ranch/ RCONA for volunteer hours worked. If you are interested contact Michael at CirbyRanchNA@gmail.com.
City of Roseville July 4th Parade: Information on the CRNA website.
4. CRNA Breakout Discussions
CRNA Neighborhood Night Out: We typically hold this event in late September when it is cooler. Date needs to be set. Michael check with the City regarding using Sunrise Green Space.
Yard Decoration and/or Movie Night for October (Halloween) discussed
Hold a Raffle (NNO) with donation from local businesses for New neighbors who join our Cirby Ranch e-mail distribution or Face Book group. Notification of Winners through email provided.
Common Area Beautification: Entrance at Cirby/ Oak Ridge looking good
5. Community Connection
New CRNA Meeting Attendee: Our new neighbor Ron Legue joined the meeting and offered some great ideas and insight; thank you Ron.
