Thank you to our Cirby Ranch Neighborhood Association Board Members and Cirby Ranch neighbors who attended this annual event honoring community volunteers. We had a great turnout at the Roseville Grounds. Please congratulate Justin Lindley, CRNA Secretary, who was recognized for his volunteer work supporting Cirby Ranch.
On April 23rd the Roseville Parks & Recreation held a public meeting to get feedback regarding park improvement and the installation of a playground in the Sunrise Greenway. Neighbors joined and provided feedback with unanimous agreement to update the existing sprinkler system and install the children's playground and landscaping. The Phase 1 bike trail extension with a new access point on Oak Ridge Drive is nearing completion. I have heard there is a grand opening celebration on May 9th. The Dry Creek extension will connect with the Miners Ravine trail and Old Town Roseville. See Announcement Below.

This year Cirby Ranch and Cirby Side neighborhoods will be having joint in-person meetings to plan combined neighborhood events. Stay tuned for details!

Cirby Ranch Neighborhood Board Meeting 2/11/26
1. Call to Order
The meeting was opened by Michael.
Approval of Minutes: The minutes from the April 2026 meeting were reviewed and accepted.
2026 Meeting Schedule: It was noted that meetings are held the second Tuesday/Wednesday of each month (remaining dates: Jun 10, Jul 8, Aug 12, Sep 9, Oct 14, Nov 11, Dec 9).
2. Financial Report

The current financial standing of the CRNA was presented and reviewed. Detailed figures from the April 8th update were referenced.
Bank Account Balance $2152.35
CRNA Updates & Events
Sweet Celebration Success: The event was highly successful, raising a total of $4,595.18.
Coffee vendor was a hit but we had difficulty securing savory food donations, restaurants were unresponsive l, requiring gift cards and home cooked items.
Target 3-4 specific restaurants(Nicks Tacos, Chica) with personalized outreach rather than mass letters
RCONA Shirts: The final cost per shirt is $20. This reflects the original $45 cost minus a $15 RCONA reimbursement and a $10 vendor credit. Reimbursement paperwork has been submitted.
Roseville Parks & Rec Public Meeting: Updates were provided regarding the Sunrise Greenway (sprinkler and irrigation improvements) and the construction of a new children’s playground featuring landscaping, shade, and benches. This project also includes the Cirby Way Streetscape improvement.
Bike Trail Extension: The Dry Creek East bike/hike trail is now officially open, including a new access point on Oak Ridge Drive which extends 7 miles of bike trail through Miners Ravine

Features multiple bridges, double wide asphalt/cement paths with yellow center lines
Electric bikes with pedals are legal, electric bikes without pedals (motorcycles) are prohibited
American Rive Bike patrol monitors for safety and trail etiquette
Michael is joining the patrol volunteer group
The board will gauge community interest in reviving the pre-COVID neighborhood yard sale, which previously attracted 120 Households
Spring Clean-up: Scheduled for Saturday, May 30th, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Saugstad Park (100 Buljan Drive).
Volunteers are still being recruited.
Reminder: Student volunteers are eligible for the RCONA Scholarship Fund.
Common Area Beautification: * The Rusty Utility Box at the Oak Ridge/Cirby entrance was painted by an anonymous neighbor.
The CRNA has completed maintenance and vinyl restoration on the entrance signs at Sunrise/Sandringham

4. Joint Meeting Discussions
Cirby Side Update: Haley provided an update on recent coordination with Cirby Side.
Future Schedule: The board discussed the frequency of future joint meetings and the necessity of maintaining separate CRNA meetings. A decision on a permanent schedule is pending further review of member feedback.
5. Roseville Police Dept. & Community Connection
Police Updates: General community safety updates were shared.
Newsletters & Web: * The requirements for official CRNA newsletters were discussed.
