Cirby Ranch Neighborhood Association (CRNA) is a prestigious planned community located in Roseville, CA and a member of the Roseville Coalition Of Neighborhood Associations (RCONA).

• Sunrise Greenway Public Meeting

• On April 23rd the Roseville Parks & Recreation held a public meeting to get feedback regarding  park improvement and the installation of a playground in the Sunrise Greenway. Neighbors joined and provided feedback with unanimous agreement to update the existing sprinkler system and install the children's playground and landscaping. • Bike Trail Extension Grand Opening

• The Phase 1 bike trail extension with a new access point on Oak Ridge Drive is nearing completion. I have heard there is a grand opening celebration on May 9th. The Dry Creek extension will connect with the Miners Ravine trail and Old Town Roseville.  See Announcement Below.

2026 Cirby Ranch Neighborhood Association Meeting Schedule

• Meetings will be held by Zoom; 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm

• This year Cirby Ranch and Cirby Side neighborhoods will be having joint in-person meetings to plan combined neighborhood events. Stay tuned for details!

• All Cirby Ranch Neighbors are encouraged to attend. Meeting agendas will be sent out by group email, CRNA Facebook and posted on the CRNA Webpage (see below).

• ·  NNO Flyer Distribution: Justin distributed about 200; Dianna about 100; Haley has additional 100 to pass out.

• ·  RCONA Rep - Michael to invite Scott Alvord & Cirby Side NA Board representatives

• ·  Michael invited Roseville Police Dept, neighborhood patrol officers notified, attendance conditional to availability (fighting crime comes first).

• ·  Adam requested Justin to invite Roseville Fire Dept #3 to come if available.

• ·  CRNA Greeter Table: Cirby Ranch sign, sponsors, donation jug,

• ·  Cirby Ranch Halloween House Decoration contest - register at the event!

• o    3 prizes; Scariest, Funniest, Craziest?

• ·   Food Trucks: Santacos Taco truck confirmed. Kpna Ice confirmed.

• ·  Adam contacted Tucker's popcorn today; possibly fundraising event; maybe hot cocoa and popcorn; will hear back soon.

• ·  Jenn to work with Shannon M. to get movie screen.

• ·  Jenn ordered mini prizes for the various games, plus Michael to bring Corn Hole game, Bob V. to bring welcome bags for new Neighbors and Micky bag toss game.

• ·  Safety Squad: ask neighborhood teens to watch the "little pumpkins"

• o    Michael & Mary Certified in CPR/BLS.

• ·  Mini pumpkins for decoration: Haley to pick up from Walmart

• ·  6 large pumpkins for ring toss: Haley to pick up from Walmart

• ·  Jenn to buy tablecloths and mini pumpkin decorating items

• Jenn & Adam offered to host November CRNA Board Meeting

• Voting for 2026 CRNA Board will be in December 2026 for 2027 year.
