• Cirby Ranch Neighborhood Association will participate in the annual Roseville 4th of July Parade. 

• The Cirby Ranch Carnival (Neighborhood Night Out) will be Friday, September 26th, 5:00 to 9:00 PM.  

• Cirby Ranch Neighborhood Beautification: We all want our neighborhood to look great! We will keep you updated on common area clean-up events.

The Cirby Ranch Carnival will be Friday, September 26th, from 5:00 to 9:00 PM.

Save this date/ time. We are planning lots of new activities and as details are finalized more information will be shared.  

2025 Cirby Ranch Neighborhood Association Meeting Schedule

• All Meetings will be held by Zoom; 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Upcoming City of Roseville Events & News:

Celebrate the 4th of July

• Get ready for a morning of festivities! Start the day by lacing up your running shoes and join the "Run Crime Out of Roseville" 5K, supporting community education and empowering future first responders.
  Then, enjoy the parade as we march through the heart of downtown Roseville. The parade starts at 9:00am at the intersection of Vernon/Riverside/Douglas. You're encouraged to come early to get the best viewing spot along the route.

• RCONA and the Cirby Ranch Neighborhood Association Board Members will be marching; come support your neighborhood and have a great time!

Family fun at Royer Park

• After the parade, head over to Royer Park for a fun-filled time starting at 10:00am. Enjoy the sounds of the Vino Banditos while kids take part in games and activities. Food will be available for purchase.  

Fireworks @The Grounds

• End the day with a patriotic fireworks display! Bring a blanket or chairs for the family and come celebrate @The Grounds. Gates open at 4:00pm and seating is first come, first serve. Fireworks begin between 9:15 and 9:30pm. Don't miss this unforgettable 4th of July celebration. 

Firework safety

Illegal fireworks carry many risks, including injury, property damage, safety of first responders, costs of responding to emergencies, environmental harm and legal consequences. In May 2024, the Roseville City Council amended the municipal code, making penalties for those who use illegal fireworks much more severe.

Penalties for illegal fireworks include stiffer fines, more severe legal consequences, liability for the cost of emergency response and additional responsibility of property owners who knowingly allow the use or storage of illegal fireworks on their property, or the street or sidewalk adjacent to their property.
